FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Can I use the address for my LLC?

Many customers use a commercial mailbox address for business mail. However banks, government agencies, licensing authorities and online platforms set their own address requirements. You are responsible for confirming the address is accepted for your specific purpose. Proxy Mailbox is not a registered agent service unless separately stated.

A mailbox address cannot be used as a Texas registered agent or registered office address. Texas requires a street address where legal papers can be served in person. Need a registered agent? Our sister service, Texas Registered Agent Hub, operates from the same Cedar Park location.

What address do I get?
