What is online notarization?
Online notarization (also called remote online notarization or RON) lets you sign and notarize documents over a secure video session with a commissioned notary. You do not need to travel to a physical office.
Document eligibility for online notarization depends on document type, signer identity and applicable law. Not every document can be completed online. Proxy Mailbox does not hold notary commissions. Notarization is performed by My Notary Services.
