Stop leaving packages on the porch.
Send deliveries to a staffed location. We receive, log and hold your packages securely until you decide what to do with them.
How package receiving works
When a carrier delivers to your Proxy Mailbox address, our staff receives and logs the package. You get a notification with the details. From your account, you can request pickup, forwarding, or storage.
Package acceptance is subject to size, weight and carrier restrictions applicable to your location. We do not accept hazardous materials, perishables or items prohibited by carrier terms.

Who it's for
Porch theft prevention
Send deliveries to a staffed business address instead of leaving them outside your home. We receive and log each package and hold it securely until you request pickup or shipping.
Apartment residents
Apartment package rooms fill up and carriers leave notices. Your Proxy Mailbox address gives you a dedicated receiving point with no missed deliveries.
College students
Campus mail is slow and dorm addresses change every year. Use your Proxy Mailbox address throughout your college years and beyond.
Travelers and remote workers
Receive packages while you are away. We hold them safely and ship them to wherever you are when you are ready.
Home-based businesses
Keep your home address private. Use a real street address for business deliveries, returns and supplier shipments.
Ecommerce sellers
Receive inventory, returns and supplier shipments at a staffed location. We log every item and notify you when it arrives.
Package storage fees
Packages are held free for a set number of days based on item type. After the free window, a small daily storage fee applies. See the fee schedule for current rates.
