First charge includes the one-time $35 Form 1583 online notarization. Monthly plans also include the one-time $25 setup fee. After that you pay only your plan price.
Forwarding is the per-item handling fee, plus shipping. Shipping is charged at our standard packing and shipping rates based on the carrier, service level, destination, size and weight.

How billing works
Your membership renews automatically each month or year, depending on the plan you select. Services outside your plan, including additional mail items, extra scan pages, forwarding, pickup, storage, shredding and additional recipients, may carry a charge per the fee schedule.
Billing terms
Automatic payment is required. You keep a valid card on file and we charge it automatically.
Monthly plans are charged at signup and renew every month on your signup date. Annual plans are charged in full at signup. Monthly plans have a 3-month minimum.
A one-time $35 USPS Form 1583 online notarization is required for every new mailbox and is added at checkout. USPS requires a notarized Form 1583 before any mail service can receive mail for you. We complete it with you by live video with a commissioned notary, so there is no trip to a Post Office or notary office.
Monthly plans have a one-time $25 setup fee. Annual plans have no setup fee.
Shipping and packing are charged at our standard rates. You will see the applicable Proxy Mailbox service fee before approving an action through the customer portal whenever the platform supports advance pricing. All charges are governed by the current fee schedule and Services Agreement.
Membership includes: use of your Proxy Mailbox address, access to the customer portal and receipt of up to the number of mail items shown in your plan. Additional mail items and requested services are charged according to the current fee schedule.
Mail item definition: a mail item means one individually addressed envelope, package or parcel received for your account. Storage fees apply by item type and time held.
