Your membership covers the services listed in your plan. Services outside your plan are billed at the rates below. You will always see the applicable fee before confirming a billable action through the customer portal. All plans include 4 authorized recipient names. Monthly plans have a 3-month minimum term. One-time setup fee: $25 on monthly plans. No setup fee on annual plans.

Mail and package storage schedule
Free storage begins when your item is received. After the free window, a daily fee applies per item until you request pickup, forwarding or disposal.

Shipping and packing fees are charged at the rates of your local partner store and are separate from the Proxy Mailbox service fee.
